Insight given each month by Zoopla reveals which houses have attracted the most interest among online visitors to its property website – and for July, this property has proved to be the biggest hit.

The semi-detached house located towards the end of Peacock Chase in Great Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, is on the market for £91,000 and is currently the most searched in the area on the property website. The house is described as being in ‘excellent condition’, situated in a ‘great location’ and has a ‘large garden’.

It has a large garden to the rear and a driveway leading to garage. The property is offered on a shared ownership basis and the available share for sale is 35 per cent.

Accommodation comprises of an entrance hallway with a toilet and access to a fitted kitchen, which offers a range of wall and floor units with coordinated work surfaces and fitted appliances.

There is also a full width lounge that boasts of French doors overlooking the rear gardens. The first floor hosts a landing area with doors to two well sized bedrooms along with a family bathroom in between.

The top floor consists of an impressive master suite which consists of a bedroom area with dressing space including fitted wardrobes and a large ensuite shower room.

Externally there is a small town garden to the front with pathway access to the property while to the rear is a much larger than average lawned garden with planted boarders and fenced boundaries. There is a driveway to the front which offers off street parking and access to a detached garage.

The home is half a mile away from Brunton First School and North Fawdon Primary School. Manors is 4.3 miles away, and so is Newcastle city centre.
