AWC and Marriott International partner to launch the ‘Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel’, enhancing Chiang Mai as a center of luxury and MICE hospitality in Thailand




Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC), Thailand’s leading integrated lifestyle real estate group, partners with Marriott International, a leading global hospitality group, to launch the new and reconceptualized ‘Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel’, the first Marriott hotel and the largest premium MICE hotel in Northern Thailand. The opening supports AWC’s GROWTH-LED strategy to increase asset capabilities to generate cash flow while diversifying its hospitality and lifestyle portfolio by repositioning quality assets in prime locations.
