A client services technology company has agreed a deal for office space in Leeds and is set to employ about 240 people in the city.
Conduent UK has made its first move to Leeds, agreeing a deal to lease nearly 20,000 sq ft of Grade A office space at One Leeds City Office Park. Property consultancy JLL brokered the deal.
The global client services technology business will employ 240 employees in Leeds, having won a substantial new government contract for work across the UK’s transport and infrastructure system.
One Leeds City Office Park, which has been comprehensively refurbished by Credit Suisse, provides some of the largest floorplates available in the city.

JLL and Lambert Smith Hampton are joint agents on the scheme.
