CLEVELAND, Ohio — As more homes sold in Cuyahoga County last year than the year before, the sales prices also sharply increased, another indicator of the housing market so many talked about as being highly competitive.

And with those increases, several inner-ring suburbs finally reached or exceeded prices that cratered during the housing crisis more than a decade ago.
