One of Dallas-Fort Worth’s top residential sales firm is headed to Oklahoma with its latest expansion.
Century 21 Judge Fite Co. has been selling houses in the Dallas area for more than eight decades. The real estate sales firm has about two dozen offices in D-FW with more than 1,200 agents.
The Dallas property firm has now purchased Century 21 Goodyear Green, which has offices in Edmond, Midwest City, Norman, Guthrie and Harrah, Okla.
The acquisition expands Fite Co. to Oklahoma for the first time and grows its footprint to more than 28 offices in two states.
“Century 21 Judge Fite Co. is committed to growth and expanding services to serve our clients, marking this merger as another successful milestone,” CEO Jim Fite said in a statement. “Since 1937, we have nurtured an award-winning family culture, and we are thrilled to extend that legacy to the residents of Oklahoma.”
Century 21 Goodyear Green, based in Edmond, has been in business for more than 45 years.
“We are excited about the collaboration between Century 21 Judge Fite Co. and our newly merged offices in Oklahoma,” general sales manager Ashley Conlon said in a statement. “This will enable us to provide real estate solutions to clients in Texas and Oklahoma with localized services and a global network.”
The acquisition is Fite Co.’s fourth recent expansion.
In November, Fite Co. acquired Granbury-based Century 21 Property Advisors, which handles home sales in Hood, Parker, Erath, Johnson, Somervell, Collin and Tarrant counties. Before that, Fite Co. expanded to Central Texas for the first time and bought Century 21 Icon in Waco.
Century 21 Judge Fite handles almost $2 billion in home sales a year.
