The estate agency Cushman & Wakefield is to seek as much as €52 million for the former Debenhams store in Henry Street, Dublin, when the property is brought to the market in the coming weeks.
Receivers Grant Thornton instructed Cushman to seek a buyer for the store and the former Debenhams store on Patrick Street in Cork in recent weeks. The sale is likely to be a big test of the strength of prime retail property in both cities.
