The Hungarian developer plans a 20,000 sqm extension in the coming years. Other projects are also in its pipeline.
The Faedra Park will consist of three warehouses and will offer a total of 27,500 sqm of industrial space. Hungarian developer Faedra Group has sold the first building, which is a 7,500 sqm facility. The name of the buyer was not disclosed. The seller was advised by Colliers International.
The location – Szigetszentmiklós-Lakihegy area – is a popular destination among multinational tenants, including those who need space for light industrial activity. Faedra Group plans new developments in other parts of the Greater Budapest area.
This transaction is the fourth in the industrial and logistics segment this year. So far a total of 75,000 sqm of industrial space have been sold to different investors.
