Czech-Dutch investment company Fidurock has commenced the construction of the second phase of the Staré Město retail park project. The extension will expand the current 4,100 sqm building with 500 sqm.

The main tenant of the new part of the retail park is the kitchenware and accessories store Banquet. The completion of the extension and its opening is planned for this summer.

The retail park is located in the retail zone of Staré Město near Uherské Hradiště, a city in Moravia.
