Romanian Global Vision, the developer of industrial and logistics projects, will invest €70 million in Bucharest Airport Park near Otopeni Airport.
The first development phase of the new logistics project will kick off this year and the first warehouse could have a leasable area up to 10,000 sqm, depending on demand, said Sorin Preda, Global Vision’s CEO, according to zf.ro.
The company aims to attract small and medium-sized firms in the new project and might add a cargo terminal in the long term.
Global Vision has a development pipeline of 100,000 sqm in 2022 in various projects located in Bucharest, Constanța and Timișoara. The company has developed 1.6 million sqm in Romania to date.
