Rejected
Five rezoning requests for a possible expansion of Global Commerce Park, a local industrial property development.
The parcels include more than 20.9 acres at 780, 784, 788, 792 and 945 Brockman McClimon Road.

Approved
A contract with the Palmetto Group to complete parking lot improvements at the Benson Automotive Kids Planet and Century Park complex.
The project is expected to cost more than $187,790.
Final approval
An annexation and rezoning request for more than 70.9 acres on Gap Creek Road.
The property, which is owned by the city of Greer, will be used for future residential development.
