A two-bedroom property in Huddersfield is set to go up for auction with a starting price of just £10,000.
But as the below pictures show, the perspective buyer will have their work cut out for them to bring it back to a habitable state.
The vacant two-bed terrace house at the end of Pollard Street is scheduled to go up for auction online as lot 101 on July 7. Auctioneers and estate agents McHugh and Co are leading the sale of the property.
In their description of the property, they say it is close to local shopping and travelling facilities available in the centre of Huddersfield, including the train station and Greenhead Park.
The two-floor property includes two spaces for bedrooms, a bathroom without fittings, a living room and kitchen space. There is also a garden at the front and the rear.
The house is currently in a state of severe disrepair and will require significant work to bring it back up to scratch but could make the perfect “doer-upper” for someone up for a challenge.
