At around the same time that Nick Jonas and wife Priyanka Chopra purchased their $20 million home in LA’s upscale Encino neighborhood, newly married Joe Jonas and Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner purchased their 15,000-square-foot property in the same enclave for $14.1 million in May 2019. Now, after the birth of their daughter Willa last year, the elder Jonas seems to be looking for some new scenery.

According to a report by the Wall Street Journal, the house is now up for sale for a cool $16.75 million. “Right on the border of Sherman Oaks, this property is currently the most expensive home for sale in Encino—an area that’s become more accustomed to $10 million+ price tags,” says celebrity real estate expert Erik Gunther at Realtor.com. Though the property is quite stunning, he’s skeptical about whether the couple will actually get the high price tag they’re looking for. “A larger, brand-new home is listed just down the street for nearly $3 million less. So while the stylish JoBro pad has all the features and amenities luxury buyers are looking for, they might have to come down a little in price,” he says.

The LA estate currently boasts nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, is situated in the exclusive Royal Oaks area, and was constructed with aged natural wood, high ceilings, and oversized glass doors. Since the couple bought the home two years ago, it has undergone extensive renovations, including the addition of a theater, gym, and spa, as well as a high-tech security system. There’s also a two-bedroom guesthouse that has a fog machine, an aquarium, disco lights, and a turn table for late-night dance parties.

As for additional amenities, the property has a private balcony, an outdoor patio and pool, a stone fireplace, a custom-made wine cellar, and a four-car garage. This is the second home the couple has put on the market in the past year (they listed their Manhattan condo last September), so it’s anyone’s guess where they will now put down roots. The listing for the home is currently held by Carl Gambino of Compass.
