He’s under fire, with money to burn.

A Canadian billionaire, and owner of the Edmonton Oilers, Daryl Katz — who made headlines for allegedly paying an underage dancer $75,000 in exchange for sexual favors, according to a civil suit — just bought a $36 million condo at 220 Central Park South.

The building is known for vetting and curating its exclusive list of residents like a private club. That’s why the news of Katz’s purchase is already making some residents uncomfortable if they see him around, sources told The Post.

“Oh no! It’s disgusting,” an insider said. “There’s such a good group of people there. The building has never had a scandal. But he bought there, we’re stuck with him.”

Neither Katz nor his company spokesman could be reached at press time.

The swanky condo is on the 54th floor of the supertall building, known as the Billionaires’ Bunker. The seller bought it from the developer, Steve Roth, of Vornado Realty Trust, for $26 million. Katz bought it via Katz Holdings (New York) Inc., according to property records, in what appears to be an off-market deal.

Owners in the building include Sting and his wife, Trudie Styler, as well as Ofer Yardeni, of Stonehenge Management, and his wife, Shari.

This is the same building where billionaire Joe Tsai paid $188 million for Dan Och’s penthouse earlier this year, and where hedge funder Ken Griffin paid a record $238 million for multiple units in the middle of the building, plus an additional two units on the 20th floor for an additional $4 million.

The limestone supertall consists of a 952-foot tall tower and an 18-story villa on Central Park South, similar to the two-tower construction of 15 Central Park West — both designed by starchitect Robert A.M. Stern.

The building comes with over-the-top perks like a residents-only restaurant by celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
