British model and actress, Cara Delevingne, purchased the Gramercy Park East complex.

According to information revealed by property records, Delevingne bought the complex from TV star Jimmy Fallon.

Rumors of the transfer hovered around $15 million in early 2021. However, the transfer dropped by a few million, settled at just under $11 million and was done “off market.”

What does the property Jimmy Fallon sold look like?

Jimmy Fallon listed his property for future sale in 2021.

According to the facts, Jimmy Fallon purchased a one-bedroom apartment for $850,000 in 2002.

Fallon then took ownership of the property, buying apartment after apartment over the next decade until he owned the entire complex.

The nearly 5,000-square-foot, six-bedroom apartment-sized property dates back to 1883.

The complex has a “terracotta Queen Anne-style” architectural style and comes with the keys to the famous “Gramercy Park“.

From the kitchen you can see the aforementioned park. In addition, Fallon decorated the apartment with period art and wallpaper.

James Cagney and Margaret Hamilton have been famous residents of Cara Delevingne’s newly acquired compound.
