Insider can today announce the shortlists for the North West Residential Property Awards, recognising excellence and innovation in the region’s residential property sector.

The prestigious awards ceremony will take place on 25 January 2024 at Manchester Central, showcasing the companies, schemes, and deals that have set the bar high in the residential property sector.
