The best places to buy a home in Arkansas, study finds

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Buying a home can be a difficult step to take for many, especially with having to take factors such as available jobs and cost of living into consideration.

Niche, a data analytics company, used data from the U.S. Census, FBI and other data sources to find the best places to buy a home in Arkansas.

The company looked at home values, property taxes, housing costs, home ownership rates and real estate trends to create these rankings.

Cave Springs sits atop the rankings as the best place to buy a home in the Natural State. Located in Benton County, the city has seen rapid population growth like much of Northwest Arkansas with an estimated population of 6,081.
