Home sales: Investors snap up Columbus-area homes at record pace

• Delaware County: 93 homes sold; average price: $503,236; total value: $46.3 million 

• Fairfield County: 32 homes sold; average price: $303,709; total sales:$9.7 million

• Franklin County: 580 homes sold; average price: $331,096; total sales: $192 million

• Licking County: 57 homes sold; average price: $319,463; total value: $18.2 million

• Union County*: 80 homes sold; average price: $371,785; total sales: $29.7 million
