Williamsburg Restaurant Property Sold in High Street Shops as Investment |

WILLIAMSBURG — Real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalimer announced that the commercial condominium property occupied by Le Yaca French Restaurant at the Shops at High Street has been sold.

Located at 1430 High Str. in Williamsburg, the 5,353 square foot retail property was purchased from High Street Shops, LLC by Jada French Food, LLC for $1,700,000 as an investment.

Drew Haynie of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser.
